৪. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

• অর্ডার শুধুমাত্র সফল পেমেন্ট বা ক্যাশ-অন-ডেলিভারি কনফার্মেশনের পর কার্যকর হবে।

• আমরা বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, কার্ড পেমেন্ট এবং ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ করি।

• পেমেন্ট ব্যর্থ হলে অর্ডার স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাতিল হবে।

৫. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

• আমরা বাংলাদেশের সব জেলায় কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য সরবরাহ করি।

• ঢাকা শহরের ভেতরে: ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি (শুক্র/ছুটি বাদে)।

• ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৫ কর্মদিবস।

• ডেলিভারি চার্জ চেকআউট করার সময় প্রদর্শিত হবে।

৬. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

• রিটার্ন অবশ্যই আমাদের Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী করতে হবে।

• শিপমেন্টের আগে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে।

• অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট নেওয়া হলেও ডেলিভারি সম্ভব না হলে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
