🚚 Delivery Process & Policy (English)

Once your order is processed, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition.
After passing the final quality checks, products are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners bring the package to you as quickly as possible. If they cannot reach your provided address or a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
We follow a ‘closed box delivery’ policy to ensure product authenticity, customer privacy, and prevent any adulteration or modification.

Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 days
Delivery may be delayed due to political, environmental, transportation, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, our customer relationship team will notify you.

শেষ ধাপের কোয়ালিটি চেকের পর পণ্যগুলো প্যাক করে আমাদের বিশ্বস্ত ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়।
ডেলিভারি টিম যত দ্রুত সম্ভব পণ্যগুলো আপনাদের কাছে পৌঁছে দেয়। যদি তারা আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছাতে না পারে বা সময়মতো যোগাযোগ করতে না পারে, তারা আপনাকে দ্রুত সমস্যার সমাধানের জন্য যোগাযোগ করবে।
আমরা ‘ক্লোজড বক্স ডেলিভারি’ পলিসি অনুসরণ করি। এর মাধ্যমে প্রোডাক্টের অথেন্টিসিটি, গ্রাহকের গোপনীয়তা এবং প্রোডাক্টে কোনো ধরনের পরিবর্তন বা ভেজাল প্রতিরোধ নিশ্চিত করা হয়।

ঢাকার মধ্যে: ১–২ দিন
ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৫ দিন
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি, যানবাহন জনিত বা অন্য কোনো অনির্বচনীয় কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের কাস্টমার রিলেশন টিম আপনাকে অবহিত করবে।
